Review for Universal Kitchens – December 2024 Installation

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Universal Kitchens for the installation of our new kitchen from 2 to 13 December 2024, with final sign-off on the 17th – and we couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome.

From the moment we first contacted them, the team displayed professionalism, care, and genuine interest in understanding our vision. Kenneth Mlambo guided us through the process with outstanding attention to detail, taking time to listen, share ideas, and ultimately inviting us to their showroom to review a stunning 3D-rendered design of our kitchen. His expert advice helped us make confident decisions on everything from cabinetry colours to countertops and fittings.

The installation process began promptly on the 2nd of December, led by Mandi Mahlangu and site manager Johan Harmse. Their on-site team was exceptional – attentive to every detail and responsive to all our questions and queries throughout the process. The workmanship was excellent, and the entire experience was seamless.

We are beyond satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the entire Universal Kitchens team. We can highly recommend them to anyone looking to design or renovate their kitchen.
