Poor quality work

In 2013 I've re done my kitchen where I use universal kitchens. I have notify them in January 2014 about they poor quality work they send someone out by march to fix their mess and still it was not fix up till know nothing has been done I also paid extra money for extra stuff they have not done anything I don't even get a reply from no one I phone them daily to find out what's happening none of them is giving me an answer they not even respond to my emails. And apparently Monica is no longer with the company
