In May and June 2024 we appointed Universal Kitchens to do extensive renovations to our kitchen and laundry area. We had contacted a number of kitchen companies for quotes but Universal was the only company that consistently met our requirements through the quotation process. Rob put together an amazing design which has proven to be practical and functional. We had excellent service from Jayson and Johan who ensured that our cupboards turned out just the way we wanted and that the installation went smoothly. Many companies just walk away after final payment is made but not Universal. This year (2025) we needed some small fixes to be attended to and Universal were there to assist and make the corrections we required. If you are thinking of having your kitchen redone I would highly recommend the team from Universal for quality and service.
