Great design. Poor execution. So disappointed.

The design work was impressive, but the execution was a nightmare. We were left without a working kitchen or sink for nine weeks, and promises to turn up were repeatedly broken. For a kitchen that cost R1 million, the product quality is disappointingly average, and the follow-through on defects has been terrible — six weeks later we are still waiting.

For other buyers: we live in the southern suburbs of Cape Town, and I wonder whether the company is more geared to serving the northern suburbs. Their workmen often didn’t arrive until after 11 a.m., which added to the delays.

What began with great design ended in frustration. The final result (though not finished) looks good, but we regret our choice of this company.
