Brilliant kitchen!

What a wonderful experience dealing with a professional company that is as interested in building our dream kitchen as what we are. From the design and layout, every thought and idea was considered and either implemented or improved upon. The design team really knows their stuff and it was so refreshing dealing with like minded individuals. Next up was preparation. Here we were given a date as to when cutting and pre-assembling was to be done and the team actually completed this phase ahead if schedule, which unfortunately meant that the installation teams had to wait for us to install, which they understood and had no problem waiting until we were 100% ready (waiting for other contractors to finish). Finally we were ready for installation. Delivery of carcasses, frames, doors etc was fast and efficient and the next day work began. Once again we were blown away by the speed and efficiency of the teams as our kitchen was installed and ready for the stone tops within two days. Next came the tops and once again, team enters, knows exactly what they're doing and where everything must go and everything just falls into place. It was really a breath of fresh air dealing with Universal Kitchens, they were friendly, fast, efficient and everything was done ahead of schedule. Thank you for giving us exactly what we wanted!
