Worst Medical Aid Administrator ever!

Universal Healthcare Administrators staff are not helpful at all, it's like they filter queries and check who is complaining, if you are a poor person and black they don't bother to assist you, even if you can escalate your query they do not care, they owe me my medical aid savings which should have been refunded in May 2022 but they only paid a portion of the savings in August 2022, now they do not want to pay the remaining balance and also refuse with the savings statement for me to see it. These people do not care about people at all.
