Ripping students off

Its been about 2 months now whilst I am waiting to get my meds as a patient on compcare/universal healthcare. I am an international student and I haven't been well since May. I registered with Universal in feb and paid a full amount for a yearly student's subscription. Since Feb (we are now in July, second part of the year) I have not received my card, I can not get any medication becoz I do not exist as a member of this medical aid which I paid for in full. What am I to do now since I am an international student, who paid into this medical aid scheme with all confidence for health assistance when needed? I know am not the only one and Universal is cashing in at the start of every year whilst *********** stranded non-SA students.
