Repeated Privacy Violations - Universal Healthcare
I don't know how they got my contact details; however, they have my phone number and name like some sort of snooping stalker. They've harassed me continually. I never gave them my info, I never consented to being contacted or otherwise harassed, and I most certainly don't want to do business with a cheap knock-off of Discovery that has to try drum up business by harassing members of the public. When will POPI come into effect so that companies like this can face ******** charges, 10m in fines, and the jailing of execs?

Universal Healthcare is fully compliant with all relevant and applicable privacy legislation and will not contact individuals to cross sell products and/or services. From your discussion with our General Manager for Sales and Distribution (Grant), we confirm that we do not have any person, by the name of Werner, in our permanent, or temporary employment currently. We have never, in fact, had anyone by that name working in the company. Unfortunately, from what you have described to us it would seem that the individual concerned is using the name of Universal for his own ends.
Should you ever be contacted again by anyone claiming to be from Universal Healthcare and who would want to sell you anything, we urge you to bring the matter to the attention of our General Manager of Sales and Distribution (Grant), who provided you with his contact details.
