Patient must make sure ICD10 code is sufficient before a wellness benefit is paid

I have been going over this nonsense with Maria Francis for the last 3 weeks. Yes, that is how long it has taken for her NOW to tell me that my claim for a PAP SMEAR (which I had done) will NOT be covered by the medical aid because it is a wellness benefit and the codes on the Lancet bill etc, show something different.

As a woman, we go through this unbearable few seconds to have this test done once a year, then basically you get told that you are a **** (because apparently Dr ordered another test?) then when asked what other test, you as a patient get told to read the statement .. am I a DR?

Am I not entitled to this benefit even if it WASN'T me who made the ICD10 code error. So now, I must be penalised for this? I tried to rectify the mess with Lancet (which is STILL INCORRECT) with absolutely NO help from the medical aid. Am I meant to know what to ask for and how?

Surely, there is a problem here? Surely I am entitled to MY wellness benefit? Why am I being victimised here?

I would like someone to please email me, with WHY I have had to go this route now... I am a teacher, so I cannot answer my phone.
