Pathetice service

I dont normally post on facebook but maybe this will get me the assistance i deserve! Universal Universal Healthcare Foundation @ IS THE WORST MEDICAL AID COMPANY EVER!

The call center is the worst i dread having to call in on any given day. I called the call center this morning and being sent from pillar to the pathetic service i recieved at that circus is embarrasing. The consultants kept me on hold for almost two hours! Eventually i asked to speak to the manager who apparently isnt interested in members because he stays busy. Hellopeter.com NO LEADERSHIP NO SENSE OF RESPONSIBILTY THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE OF SCHEME DO NOT JOIN COMPCARE ....Joshua Jobert i expected more this call center is worse than government facilities.****ED OFF EX MEMEBER I WILL BE MOVING TO DISCOVERY!
