Old Mutual Staff Medical Aid is useless

This is must be the worst ever medical aid, for assistance you stay in the line forever, when they decide to pick up your calls, they transfer your call you wait another 10 minutes, then the call is dropped.

I had to wait for more than 3 months for the specialist payment to be processed, you log calls, follow ups, the consults are either *********** or trained like that to delay the payments.

If there was a negative rating, I would have given them. You waste your time calling these *********** consultants, nothing gets done.

I will not recommend this medical aid, my previous one was much better than this, it's just useless. It's a ****.
