Not willing to assist customers

I resigned from Compcare in 2013 as I moved to Namibia. In Namibia South African medical Aids are not recognized which was the reason why I had to resign. As I was always a loyal contributor for at least 20 years with Compcare I had minimal claims being paid out. Roughly 16 months after I resigned I discovered that my Savings had not yet been paid out. I contacted them telphonically and was advised that the savings is usually paid out 6 months after resignation and a staff member of Universal Healthcare Administrators was supposed to contact me in that regard. I had to undergo an operation in Windhoek and required the extra money from my savings. I was assured by staff members that the savings will be paid out in due course. Elmarie Swart, who actually had to deal with the pay-out was however on sick leave . I was kept in the dark as to the pay-out and when I started calling again and that is after confirmation from Gail Paige that all documents are up to date and pay-out will be done I received feedback that the savings will only be paid out on 24 July 2015. I was also told all the calculations are complete and a manual EFT could be done.Megan Swart refuses to do the manual EFT!
