MXOLISI MDUNGE!!! U made a difference

I tried for almost one solid hour to obtain hospital authorization for an oncology patient to have a procedure!! After spending 10-15 minutes merely waiting for my call to be taken the call is dropped! The minute the consultants hear ultrasound they drop the call!!! Frustration magnified until my call was taken by MXOLISI MDUNGE. He knew exactly what I was referring to and within minutes the authorisation was granted. What a difference he made!! I commend his professionalism and compassion. He listened!! Please universal / mass massmart this gentleman is an asset!! Keep him, appreciate him and hopefully pay him his worth.
