Horrible service from the credit control department

I got a call from a Credit Controller by the name of Phumzile Msomi who works for Universal healthcare services. She informed me that i had funds that are due to me from my medical aid and that i would receive them on the 28th of May 2021, till now i have not received anything. Had she not called me i would not see it fit to complain,but rather her department does not uphold their promises towards clients.
