frustrated with Compcare Medical scheme

Good day I am so disappointed in Universal administrators (Compcare medical scheme.Both my husband and I are members of this scheme. we went to collect our monthly chronic medication on the 16/08/2020 at Clicks pharmacy only to be informed our medical aid has been suspended. (how embarrasing) Monday the 17/08/2020 I telephonic ally inquired as to what the problem is for the suspension. After numerous and frustrating telephone calls I was eventually put through to the contribution department. Natalie from this department informed me that my contributions has been increased in January 2020 and I have been paying the incorrect contribution. Since January to date nobody has informed me telephonically or via email of the increased amount. I am still waiting for proof from the administrators of the communication of the increased contribution. Today when I phoned to ask if the consultant can please pass a message to Natalie to phone me Lauren Bantam very rudely asked me for Natalie's Surname which I couldn't give her she said she will send an e mail to contribution department to see if there is a Natalie and ask her to phone me . I also had a query on my tax certificate which I have sent numerous e mails requesting the certificate she told me she will request it from Cape town and send it to me. when I asked her for a ref no she told me to use her name surname date and time . I am not happy with the medical scheme they are the ones that are at fault and then they haven't the decency to even offer me a payment plan to rectify the problem . we are in this covid pandemic and this is how they treat they members when they at fault . till now nobody has phoned to apologise or to tell me what they going to do to rectify the problem I'm still am not sure what amount to pay in order to lift the suspension. Due to there lack of assistance and after numerous communications all possible methods I would appreciate if hello peter can perhaps solve my problem
