<p>Last week I was advised by Maria Francis that my claim would be paid as a PMB as it was referred to Senior Management, (which I had disputed), at the end of this week. I even received a letter of apology from Maria over this whole matter. Now, all of a sudden, Thaven Naidoo advises over email that I am still to pay the lancet claim myself as it has not been decided if the criteria matches with their codes (or something to that effect).</p> <p> </p> <p>I am absolutely livid. One person tells me one thing which eases my mind and then someone completely different tells me that I must in fact pay for this myself. When asked, I have to send numerous emails just to get an answer.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have now had enough of being victimised for this. This is an absolute sure case of ************** against me as a client. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am a teacher, so email is preferable method of communication.</p>
