Disappointed member by medical aid

I have received very bad service from this medical aid. I have been working for more twenty year and have been in deferent medical aids in the process with their challenges but this one is the worst I have ever come across. It's very poor as a result since joined last year a owe doctors, hospitals. I wish my employer could take me out of this. This has made me disangaged as it is the condition of employment. The worse part is that they don't care about me as a contributing member and the livelihood of my family. I wish SASBO as my Union will take care of this.
