Customer Service

Sometimes one expects customer service to go the extra mile, not all the time but certain times when it is really needed, due to certain circumstances. The customer service I get from you guys, I wish our company never ever changed over to you guys cause no one really goes the extra mile. Its so disappointing and sad. And what makes it worse is a call centre agent gives the incorrect information and expects an apology should do it, clearly ur staff dont even know what they doing.
