bad service

I resigned from the medical aid in April 2015 I was told it takes them 5 months to do the calcuilations which I have waited. 5 months later I can not get answers for simple query as to why chronic and yearly check up are being deducted from savings. It is just as difficult to get statements that have been requested. Lately Elmarie does not even bother to respond to my mails. I feel they were not expecting to be questioned about the calculations. This has been the worst medical aid even doctors do not want to accept this medical aid as they do not pay in time. In January I had to pay doctors for. Bill that was not paid
