WORST MEDICAL COMPANY EVER

If I could recommend -1 star I would !!! I am absolutely horrified with the service from Unity Health !!! I had a root canal done (emergency) which is covered by my plan, I then start receiving lawyers mails and messages saying I owe the dentist for the root canal. I then mailed unity first week of November 2021 and I have followed up about 4 times with NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER SINCE!!!!!! The dentist lawyers are now phoning my work place demanding the money after I made them aware that unity is busy with a claim. I certainly do NOT have the funds to pay this now hence the reason I pay a medical cover !!!! Absolutely horrified!
