Unity Health will embarrass you!

I don't even know where to start with these people! Their service is pathetic, it's like they're deliberately looking for excuses not to pay you, I swear. Each and every consultant has their own rules, and when dealing with another consultant they'll tell you something totally different. Couldn't get my GP prescription twice, and when I called they tried making stupid excuses even blaming that the documents that were mailed to me were outdated. Where can I report these people?
