I phoned the call centre to make arrangements for a checkup and have a merina removed with a gyneacologist. I was told that I need to go to a go for a referral and then I can go to a gyneacologist

I did get the referral and booked the gyneacologist appointment

I submitted the motivational letter to the case management email address and my request was denied

I was told that if there is no specific reason to visit a gyneacologist I can go to a dischem clinic and the can do the same

And that they do not cover a merina removal

This is not what the policy document states
