Unity Health authorisation

I honestly regret joining this Health insurance, I was told that i dont need authorisation whenever i visit a Dr. because i have a waver on my plan. Today i went to to visit a eye specialist then i was told my medical aid needs to authorise, When the Drs receptionist called she was told that they wont pay for my consultation also for my medication. I want to cancel my services with them.
