Unhappy customer

I highly do not recommend Elixi Health under Unity Health. I’ve been a paying member for more than 2 years on the Gold plan. In 2021 I was send to the Ampath labs for some blood tests and I called them before scheduling an appointment with the lab, they confirmed that the waiting period of 12 months is completed and I can take blood tests and other benefits. I scheduled and do my blood test. In November I was due to get a permanent job at my company and i changed to a medical aid paid by the company. December 2021 I get a call that I owe the lab R1500,50 for blood tests which this stupid medical aid failed to pay. As if that was not shocking I get a call from Lancet also that COVID test I took in July was also not paid. ***! Now I owe Lancet R850+ and also R1500,50.

People I urge you THESE PEOPLE ARE ********! Do not sign up for any of their insurances.
