Unhappy client

So I'm with Unity health medical Insurance for about +-2 years. Yesterday I went to go see my doctor cause I was not feeling well. The doctor did a blood test and phoned me this morning that I have to get an infusion ASAP my count is so low that it could lead to more serious problems. to my surprise this does not fall under emergencies. Does it mean that you have to be almost on death bed before you can be help. When I took out this plan with a guy name Damion everything sounded so great that I just had to sign up with them. I actually regret having to refer people to him if this is what they will experienced as well.

Sitting at work today don't know where to from here. I might just get a heart attacked on my way home and die. Then what is the point of having this insurance. having to go to a government hospital and still get turned away.
