THE WORST EVER SERVICE THAT CHANGES THE OPTION EVER YEAR
The worst medical insurance I'm now waiting for 5 hrs for a doctor to get back to me my symptoms. Flu Can barely move, sore my body Mussel and joint pains. Runny nose and block nose. Talking hurts my throat Coughing makes me want to vomit Head pain now getting worst too. I hardly use it only when need they can even go and check.

03 Feb 2025, 15:35I don't understand if your symptoms don't meet the criteria to see your GP how does the GP online know your medical history just by checking on a few short questions it's very crazy. I will be cancelling my membership.
