The service is not satisfactory

The claims are not paid as they say .you have to follow them letf and right for them to pay and mostly are not paid.they will give you the impression that they will take care of your claims but you end up spending more each time you visit a doctor, you must know later on the doctor will surprisely be after you looking for the money,while you thought the Unity Health have paid your medical bill.
