Pre Authorization
I went to their website to fill up the Pre authorization form around 5am hoping that by the time the surgery opens I would've been provided with the authorization,sends emails until 12pm in the day and even tried their sms line 30947 and I never got an answer or a reply from anyone of their admin or their nurses until the Dr decided to just help me because I'm a regular there
Why are they providing emails or sma lines when they know that they are not manned on the other side
It's so unprofessional and life threatening as a clients,I expected them to compete with other medical aids but they keep on dropping the ball
You can't email and never get a reply from such a big company and as I type now,I haven't got any reply from them
