This has been the worst on boarding experience i have ever had due to Damian Burrows form FINANCIAL HEALTH COOPERATION whom i was refferd to by one of your consultants on the 26th April 2022 and this is what he had to say Good Day Tebogo, So pleased you would like to join us! Box 638, Cramerview, 2060 Web: www.hfc.co.za everything went well in the beginning and he even sent follow up email to check if i had made manual payment so he can send in my application, as i work on the road i only had a chance to make such payment on the 5th May 2022 and sent him the proof and waited for my welcompack as promised. On the the 31st May 2022 i called to him to get feedback but he told me thar he thought all was ok of which it was not, i then called unity health to find out what was the progress and to my shock i was told that no payment was made and my policy was on hold. Thinking i had been ****ed i called Damian Burrows againg to get an explanation he then promied to sort even sent emails and all. On the 1st June 2022 he forwards me an email from : *** <***> acknowledging my pop and that was the last time i heard from him, till i called him again on the 29 june 2021 asking him for feed back. he did not give me a chance to explain my problem all he said to me after i told him who i was is that he thought unity health responed directly to me and hang up on me. I would like for Damian Burrows and HEALTH FINANCE CORPORATION to be removed as my broker due to the lack of customer service as on that same day he hung up on me i called back and a lady whom i did not get her name said she will talk to him and call me back she even took my number, but she did not do as she promised. PLEASE REMOVE Damian Burrows and HEALTH FINANCE CORPORATION AS MY BROKER!!!! I DO NOT WANT ANY COMMUNICATION FROM HIM AND PLEASE DO NOT SEND MY CAED TO HIM.
