Pathetic Service and Empty Promises

Just dealt with the rudest consultant who couldn’t assist me. They advised me they could assist me with my medical condition. I have made 5 phone calls and requested for someone to get back to me , yet no one has contacted me for two days and when I asked to speak to someone or a manager I got told I must call on Monday !!! Taking into account I have made 5 calls and left messages ! How much longer do I have to wait ?? Yet they happily take me money every month! One word PATHETIC!!!!! I even got told I am more then welcome to write a bad review on hello peter so here it is !!!!
