Pathetic service and dishonest

I've been with them for few months and they have the WORSE service ever! Everytime when I claim I don't get my meds, never got any meds with them they cook up a story, even when you catch up with them they create more senseless stories. Recent one this week, I used their App to virtually consult a GP. The GP gave me some medical advice, and confirmed my email to send me the prescription and gave me 30 minutes to wait for it. But the prescription never reached me the whole day. I made a follow up, the customer service agent desperately tried so hard to make it my fault, but I had screenshots to back up everything. They ended up saying the GP that I supposedly consulted retired years ago, so there's no way that I consulted. Still the screenshots proved them wrong... Dealing with these people it's a struggle really
