Pathetic service and a total waste of money

I am not surprised reading the reviews, I thought I was only one going through all this nonsense! Don't even bother wasting your money accessing most of ther benefits they claim to have is almost impossible there are always stories.I have so much trouble with this medical insurance I have seriously had it. First claim for an accident at casualty was rejected..please explain to me where I was supposed to get authorization at 11 pm on a public holiday?? It was an emergency and I needed to get to a hospital asap or I would have bled to death! You can't access the most needed benefits in very serious times because you need to get authorization first when you people only work Monday to Friday 8 to 5??? Don't tell me to waot for an amulance for 40 min when I have a 8cm deep laceration to my face and blood puring out when there are 5 cars to quickly take me to the nearest hospital.I AM WARNING PEOPLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON UNITY HEALTH its a total **** , I will also be going around telling people about the absurd service you people offer and I am definitely looking for another service provider even if I have to pay more!!
