Pathetic insurance , inconsiderate bunch of people

Been with insurance for more than 2 years, we probably only used it once or twice at a gp, this week our son was very sick we took him to a gp he got prescription they refused to pay for it. Today we woke up with a baby that was deteriorating very quick we called an ambulance they came him gave him oxygen, drip and stabilized him. Took him to the hospital, when we called for authorisation the manger refused saying it's not a critical condition we must go to a gp. We did, got prescription again, they still refused to pay like what the hell is this. A 2 year old baby is sick and all you're worried about is his vitals. We canceled it immediately because it's useless and I dare them to take any money going forward I'll report them to ombudsman
