What an embarrassment of a service

I have had multiple trouble with this medical insurance on my pre maternity benefits.

I got referred by my gynaecologist to a sonographer to do 2 very important scans that the gynaecologist does not do! When calling to get my authorisation codes they say the system will not allow them to change it along with the doctors practice number because it is a radiologist. This lady does not know the difference between a radiographer and a sonographer. When on the phone with them they do not know what they are doing. They are always saying to call you back because of system issues.

On my policy brochure it says I am covered for 2 gynaecologist visits and 2 ultrasound scans in which the sonographer does! They do exactly that an ultrasound scan. Unity health are refusing to assist in this !
