Horrible medical insurance

When I join this medical insurance it was easy to use. It was convenient and worked very similar to a medical aid. A year into using them they decided I must call them every single time I need to see a doctor which I think is very stupid considering they don't have to remind me to pay every month. On Sunday the 3rd of March 2024 I was very sick and Unity health only works monday to Saturday. I don't understand if they expected people to prep meditate when they will be sick over a weekend or not. I feel it's very stupid of them to assume their members will only be sick Monday to Saturday. I really need to see a gp then was told to wait for tomorrow.

I am currently shopping around for another medical aid or insurance because this one is absolutely useless and a huge inconvenience. If you are looking around like me please don't bother with unity health unless you want to be told when to need medical care.
