If i could rate Unity Health and Health Finance Corporation a 0 I actually would.

After multiple issues with both Unity Health I've been assisted and very shortly after i thought things were running smoothly I received an email stating that my policy has been cancelled. What **** show are you running????

I don't understand why you feed your customers a bunch of lies, i am so frustrated with the level of service, the team at Health Finance Corporation is so rude and have absolutely no telephone etiquette! At this point i could just move to a different insurance, I have been a loyal customer for years and trust me you guys have been nothing but a pain in the ****!

Why cancel the policy? who gave you permission to cancel the policy? what the hell would you do as you please without contacting me?

I've received no help what so ever!
