False Advertising (Misleading)

I'm very disappointed in this ELIX medical cover under Unity Health. I have complaint regarding my daughter who was not added on the medical cover that was promised to me as soon as she is born she will be automatically covered no waiting period, I called to register her was told to wait 1 month and I asked them for the voice recording because all calls are recorded for such then one of the consultants told me he will get it from the IT department with 48 hours till today have not received and then after writing to HelloPeter they called me the next day to apologize for the inconvenience and will add my daughter without having to wait. I was pleased up until 2 weeks back we took her to the Doctor but it was rejected at the chemist, again this morning all the pharmacies does pick her up on the medical but they send me a false card with her name on while not appearing in the system. It breaks my heart to pay them while they playing us and false advertising. I would not recommend anyone to take this useless medical insurance not even to try it. I'm going to cancel you because you don't deserve my money. I had to pay R1377. 20 cash at Clicks Kathu today just to get medication for my daughter. 😭😭😭😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

You are just a **** of medical cover. No trustworthy no good at all none of us can even take medication while we sick.
