I cannot begin to explain how terrible this service is. They should be shut down as a company.

I had back and fourths with the consultants regarding the maternity benefit. Submitting claims is a nightmare. Their process is a joke. The representatives don’t know their own policies.

I waited a month to receive reimbur*****t of my claim. When following up with them for probably the 10th time and after numerous emails, the case manager told me that his supervisor forgot to sign off on the claim !!! What person in management forgets to do their job?!!!

I have pathology tests outstanding from last year. I called to find out what’s going on as I wanted to leave. They told me they’d find out and call me back. I haven’t heard anything yet and it’s been a week! I found out by PathCare escalating my account. Unity health did not even have the courtesy to inform me about the statement of these tests. They blatantly just did not pay!!

DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY!!
