Discusted and disappointed

So I have been feeling ill this passed week and self medicated for flu and sinus. However yesterday I started feeling much worse. I started having cold shivers while having a high fever. I have body aches, my neck is stiff and I have a headache. So I had an online consultation this morning because my doctor is closed on weekends. In the consultation the doctor recommended i go to the emergency room as my symptoms indicated MENINGITIS and when I called customer care to find out how the cover will work and the told me I needed to go to my doctor to get a referral. I will only be able to see my doctor on Monday.... What do I do if I start feeling worse?

Highly disappointed in this service. If I end up in a coma I will be sure to follow legal steps.
