- The worst experience ever! #couldn't fine the doctors and called them they said its, not their problem. #i ended up using my own cash while i am have a medical aid - i called them to complain about it they told me that its not their problem.

In the event that you cannot access one of our network GP’s we have an out-of-network GP benefit (payable upfront and limited to 2 per year). There are other alternatives such as the Intercare GP consultations and nurse consultations which could assist if you cannot access a GP.
