Bad service from medical insurance providers

Took out medical insurance and was told they would waiver waiting periods

They investigated after I questioned them and said that that was not what was said.

I requested the recording for myself and when I listened to it, the sales rep stated that he would waiver the waiting period.

Sent an email to the agent that was "handling" the situation and requested that they listen to the recording again as I did.

Now I get no response and can't use the service that I have paid for.

Really disappointed in this service from Unity/Elixi Health.
