Worst call centre dealt with

so i received a call from this call centre called united solutions, who spoke to me about a loan, and the agent started confirming my details as if she was doing an application for a loan, the next thing I know she was reading something really fast and then she mentioned that I would be debited R220 at the end of the month, so I asked her what and she said for the benefits that she had offered me, I clearly said to her that I do not want that I want the loan, she still tried to convince me about some benefit she was offering and again I said I am not interested in that I want the application done for a loan, she just hung up the call there after, and she has my banking details, do we really have so much ****s going around trying to sell us something that we don't want and lie to us that they can get us a loan, if this company does decide to deduct any money from my account I would take this case further and will not rest, I don't believe in trying to miss-selling or trying to con us as south Africans.
