Unauthorized Value Added Products

Had a Call from the call Center, where I declined the all the value added products. To my Surprise all the products are listed on Transunion on my credit report. Its been endless hassles to get this cancelled. United Call Center Solutions will cancel all products with immediate effect. Or I will take this matter further "Do you guys know of the POPI ACT" Sort this out. I've been trying to speak to someone in management, to my surprise they are always busy. please get someone with higher authority to contact me ASAP
