Unauthorised debits.

I dont know who this people are they debit my account on a monthly basis, Jun/ Jul alone i incurred close to R1000 bank charges due to fees of unpaid items, The debits were never authorised by myself, i never agreed to their terms and conditions and if so i would like to listen to the telephone conversation i had with them and please i kindly request for the debits to stop and be refunded all the fees i incurred due to this unduly scheme.
