Horrible company United Call Centre Solutions

I had money debited from my account and when I got the details from the Bank to verify the company the worst I have came across United Call Centre Solutions. First spoke to the call centre who was shifting the blame to whoever registered and verified next I was told it's the supervisor Adiel who couldn't not take the initiative to do anything that he promised that "he will send my query to investigating department and revert back on Friday" only when I called he told me the managers are all gone!!!

I don't have the results of his investigation that was going to confirm if I agreed to their service
