********** -UNITED CALL CENTER SOLUTION IS A ****

A lady by the name of Queen had called me on the 20-11-2018 asking me to do an application with them to see if i qualify for a loan with bay port,i had told her i had already have a loan with Bay port however she says we can see how much you qualify for now so i said no problem and went ahead. After a while she started reading her terms and conditions and mumbling to her self i asked her 3 times to repeat her self and she kept going soft so i couldn't hear what she was saying,she then said hold on and another lady came on the line and told me same story then she was mumbling about R 45 and R 95 then told me to hold on and transferred me to a man called Sbu from confirmations he was reading his script as if he was in a hurry to eat his lunch.

I asked Sbu what is all this for an i am not paying a cent on this and why is my details being taken down and what is going on ,he started getting upset because i had asked him questions he started shouting at me. i then told him i want this cancelled i don't want nothing and do not touch my details.

Yesterday evening i get sms's from the same company welcoming me to there services and what what.

I called this morning on ********** 308 Spoke to a guy he never said his name all he said was how can i help you,i told him what had happened he says oh there is no application on my side when it comes through i will cancel it,i said i want to speak to your manager he transferred me through Bongi Malazi,

She had coincidentally picked up my application and i had asked her how you picked it up and the other guy couldn't she said our systems go down all the time and this is my PC. So i had told her what had happened she then told me i will cancel the application i then told her if i never agree or give authorization for anything how did the application get processed she said i don't know. i said its ***** she says no its not and raised her voice at me and said what happened between you and the consultant is not my problem what you'll spoke about has nothing to do with me .

WHAT THE HELL !!!! I then said i want all this removed now or i am taking this further and she hangs up on me.

This company is a ***** and LIES are spoken to us.

I want this taken further i have there address for the company and i will take the police there if no one is going to hear me out or help me with this .
