Annoyed!

I don't even have an account with them.. never heard of them but they have my banking details and they've been debiting me every month with different amounts each month and each time I stop the debit order the just use a different reference!! Ive called them after getting their contact details from my bank ive told them to stop debiting me and yet they still did
