what a joke

Have been with them for a few years now and in the beginning they were fine, then we asked them to move our printer from our JHB office to the PTA office and we paid for the move, they then broke this printer and it has not worked since, this was in Feb 2022, when I ask them to fix it I get told to buy a new printer, funny thing is they charged me 109000 prints in December for a printer thats powered off. if you email the account manager you never get a reply.
