United Business Solutions / Intervid-Africa refuse payment of deposit

I asked Razeen Boltman (Senior Account Manager) to install a security camera at Meerenhof complex in Bellville, Cape Town. When the camera did have the correct specifications, I asked that the deposit on the camera be refunded. Razeen could not provide another camera on time. Razeen promised for more than a month that the deposit will be refunded and then suddenly refuse to refund the deposit, because the supplier where he bought the camera refused to give credit for the return of the camera. It is not my error that the supplier does not want to give credit to United Business Solutions.
