Unexpectable product/service.

This is the worst service/product we received. The first copier was replaced within a couple of months of buying it. The next machine is not working again - it is costing me a insane amount of money the get the printing done. Every time the machine comes back it gives the same error within 3 days. I am very disappointed in this company.
